What is MyMRP
MyMRP is a software based production planning and inventory control system used to manage manufacturing processes.
The current version is tailored towards car wire harness manufacturing, but we could use this as a base to customise the software according to the needs of customer and industry.

MyMRP can
- Ensure materials and products are available for production and delivery to customers
- Maintain the lowest possible level of inventory
- Plan manufacturing activities, delivery schedules and purchasing activities
What modules or features does MyMRP has
Current modules include- Inventory Data: Material, BOM (Bill of Material), Supplier
- Material Movement: Good Receive Notice (GRN), Material Requisition Notice (MRN), Picking List, Material Credit Notice (MCN), Stock Location Management, Stock Value Estimation, Stock Closing
- Material Planning: Product Planning, Purchase Planning, Purchase Order
- Reporting: Stock Movement, Material Planning, Costing, Purchase by Drawing, Material by Drawing, etc
We could develop or customise new modules and reports. For example, we customise a Engineering module for our customer to perform circuit construction, estimate development time and cost, plus auto translation to production Material and BOM

What is the System Requirement
- Supported OS: Windows 98/XP
- Hardware Requirement for client machine: A decent computer not older than 3 years (5 years if you try to push it)
- Database: Microsoft SQL Server 2000 or Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine 2000 (MSDE is available as free download)
